Our Pelham store is open Monday - Friday 10am-5pm, by appointment only on Saturday and closed on Sunday. You can message the store anytime; however, after hour response time may be limited or delayed until the next business day. 

Payment is required to start your customized order. We do not process any orders without payment upfront. 

CrysTees guarantees all products and services at the time of purchase. Upon receipt of customized items, the client is responsible for inspecting the order for satisfaction. If any issues are found CrysTees must be notified within 7 business days to determine what, if any, action needs to be taken. No refunds or exchanges on approved custom items. 

Direct to Film Printing: DTF offers full color printing. It is great quality, cost friendly and will last if properly cared for. We recommend washing inside out, cold water only, no bleach, no fabric softener, air dry and iron if needed inside out on low heat. If you have a shirt with graphics on front and back, place a pillowcase inside before ironing to separate the graphics.

Items in new condition with CrysTees tags in place can be returned for in-store exchange within 7 days of original purchase. No return policy on bath and body products. 

All sales are final, CrysTees will replace the o-ring if broken within 14 days of purchase, lost or broken chains will not be replaced. We offer stainless steel, sterling silver and gold filled jewelry. 

Invoices are sent through Square offering multiple ways of payment. You can pay through Venmo and we even offer AfterPay.

The design process can be extensive and time consuming so there may be a design fee added to your order. Reach out to us to discuss your needs and expectations and we will let you know if a design fee will be charged. The fee will vary based on the specifications of the design. Rush orders will include an additional charge of $15.
