 Our Pelham store is open Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and by appointment only on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays. You are welcome to message the store at any time; however, please note that responses outside of business hours may be limited or delayed until the next business day. *Please note that store hours are subject to change daily. 

 Payment is required before we can begin processing any customized order. Orders will not be started without payment in full. While some items are available for purchase directly on our website, custom orders are invoiced through Square using the telephone number you provide. We accept payments via Square, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App, and cash in person. Please note that we do not accept checks or PayPal as forms of payment. 

CrysTees provides products and services based on the details approved at the time of purchase.  Customer satisfaction is a top priority at CrysTees. While we do not offer refunds or accept returns due to the custom nature of our products, we are committed to ensuring each order is completed with care and quality. We guarantee the quality of our printing and production work; however, we do not guarantee the quality, resolution, or outcome of artwork submitted by customers. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and determine what action, if any, should be taken. 

We do not offer screen printing. Our services include DTF , Sublimation and vinyl application. 

Direct to Film Printing (DTF):
DTF provides full-color printing with excellent quality at a cost-effective price and is designed to last with proper care. We recommend washing garments inside out in cold water, avoiding bleach and fabric softeners, and air drying. If ironing is needed, iron inside out on low heat. For shirts with graphics on both the front and back, place a pillowcase inside the shirt before ironing to protect the designs.

Sublimation Printing:
Sublimation prints can only be applied to certain materials and may have a vintage look depending on the material used.

Disclaimer:
Please note that monitor settings, screen brightness, and individual color perception can cause variations between the colors displayed on a screen and the actual product. 

Once clothing has been washed, CrysTees is not responsible for wear and tear, as there is no way to determine if proper care instructions were followed.

Customer-provided graphics will not be inspected or modified in any way and will be printed exactly as submitted. It is your responsibility to provide correct and accurate graphics based on the 300 DPI, transparent PNG requirement. 

 Boutique items in new condition, with CrysTees tags still attached, may be returned for an in-store exchange within seven days of the original purchase, accompanied by the receipt. Please note that bath and body products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. A fitting room is available for customers to try on merchandise before purchasing. 

All sales are final, CrysTees will replace the o-ring if broken within 14 days of purchase, lost or broken chains will not be replaced. We offer stainless steel, sterling silver and gold filled jewelry. 

Invoices are sent through Square offering multiple ways of payment. We do not accept personal checks or PayPal at this time.

You may also contact us by phone or text at 205-516-9066. Please note that if we miss your call or text, we will return your message on the next business day. 

 To place an order, please message CrysTees LLC on Facebook, email crystal@crystees.shop, or place an order directly through our website for select items. Orders cannot be placed by text. These are the only methods available for placing orders at this time. Please note that all orders must be confirmed by paid invoice.

The design process can be extensive and time consuming so there may be a design fee added to your order. Reach out to us to discuss your needs and expectations and we will let you know if a design fee will be charged. The fee will vary based on the specifications of the design. Rush orders will include an additional charge of $15.
